PROGRESSIVE ESAN INDIGENE ASSOCIATION! A.K.A. ESAN UNITED ASSOCIATION

AIMS.

Our Aims is to foster love, unity and sustain the Esan cultural heritage among us. And to reach out to and support the less privileged Esan people in esan land and carry out charity projects.

OBJECTIVES.

Some of our objectives include:

** To engage in project in Esan land and the Indian and set up funds/ that may positively improve the socio economic well being of the Esan people in the home land and to contribute to the good of the Indian and the world at large.

** To bring together Esan sons and daughters in New Delhi Indian, under a common umbrella. And to use the Progressive Esan Indigene Association in New Delhi Indian as a common front for the pursuit of love, peace and unity.

** To help in the development of the esan communities in Nigeria and other places.

** To support conflict resolution among members of the PEIA

** To promote the interest and welfare of all members.

** To provide for social and cultural interaction among members.

** To partner with any other social Associations/Organisations in the New Delhi Indian and globally having similar aims and objectives as the PEIA.

** To create awareness of Esan culture through symposia. Seminars, arts and crafts exhibition and traditional dances.

** To share and to disseminate beneficial information among members.

Our work process

  • Organize town hall meetings to discuss findings and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with local leaders, authorities, and organizations to align on priorities.

Program Design and Resource Mobilization

  • Develop specific projects based on identified needs (e.g., educational support, healthcare initiatives, skill training).
  • Mobilize funds through donations, grants, and partnerships with local businesses and international Esan networks.
  • Allocate human resources by engaging volunteers and assigning roles based on skills.

Implementation and Impact Evaluation

  • Carry out planned activities such as health camps, cultural education workshops, or vocational training sessions.
  • Monitor progress through on-ground supervisors and regular updates from teams.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations via feedback forms and reports to assess success and areas for improvement.
